Not as Good as Last Time

Maybe I just picked a bad night to visit, but things were better a year ago. The $10 dances before 7pm were no longer official policy, though the DJ hinted that some dancers may offer it. As usual, the dancers clung to their regulars, but there were also fewer overall, which didn't help matters. For you teetotalers out there, the non-alcoholic drink selection seemed to be a little more limited than before, but still better than other clubs.

The songs remain just as long and just as loud. The dances appear to be just as contact-y as before, based on my observation of the not-so-private dance area, but I didn't stick around to confirm this first-hand, what with all the competition from the regulars, not to mention half the price and twice the staff a few miles away.

So if other reviewers claim that the dancers are hotter here on weeknights than elsewhere, that may be the case, either occasionally or consistently. However, be prepared to wait out their regulars -- that has been my experience on both visits.
