So we visited Vegas back in...
So we visited Vegas back in November and we went to 5 different clubs. The first one we went to was Treasures. We got there about 11 pm on a Wednesday night. I had been in town for a while but the wingman had just arrived.
The place is massive. Not huge inside...from an internal standpoint, at least with the public areas, it is slighly above average in size but the building is so tall and it has huge columns that give the impression of an ancient greek or roman building. We parked the rental and walked in. The front foyer had a small cashier's desk where we paid our $30 cover (ought to be a law.) We proceeded into the main room. The room is 'L'-shaped curving to your right as you walk in. The inside of the curve is the bar and there are tables and chairs throughout. The main stage is straight ahead and framed by stairs. It is a larger than average stage and can dominate the room even from the far seats. The outside of the curve is slightly darkened areas that I assume is more private seating. However, we seated ourselves right up front, a couple of tables back from the stage. On a late Wednesday night in November, there was no shortage of seating.
Service wasn't as good as previous visits. We were approached by several girls before we saw a waitress (a no-no to my mind) and it wasn't because the girls were overly aggressive. Finally, after hearing complaints, one of the dancers volunteered to fetch a waitress for me which endeared her to me, if probably not the waitress. Even after, we still had trouble with refills. Perhaps they were shorthanded. *shrug*
