Lunch time

So on my most recent trip to SoCal I was determined to get back to Upland. As has happened too many times in the past I was to busy so I almost didn't go but I was determined so I went to TL instead of having lunch. I usually get there pretty early but this time I got there around 11:45 am and the lot was pretty full as always since it is so small.

I went up to the door and used a vip card to get in. The door guy said I was the first customer of the day and he would have a girl out in a minute. So I went to the "bar" and got the stiffest drink $8 could buy, a water, and had a seat. I decided to sit on a couch facing the stage knowing I would probably just move to the stage when a girl came out. I sat there for 10-15 minutes and nothing. Music playing and me sitting in an empty place. I had another meeting after lunch so I was starting to think I burned a vip card for no reason. The waitress came by and said there are girls coming out they are just finishing getting ready. It was nice she at least acknowledged me and didn't try to sell me another $8 water but I was just about ready to call it.

After that she came back each song and said they are almost ready - good move because for some reason it turned me into a sucker that just sat there like an idiot. I would have left by then for sure and I am kind of irritated that I fell for it. Finally they send out a girl and she is followed by 2 other girls all at the same time. Now it is starting to look up but if I get a VIP I am going to be late... those tough decisions in life. Well one girl gets on stage, one sits at a different couch, and one sits with me. I decided if she was into it I'll go for it but if not I'm gone.
