Whenever I'm in the neighborhood I make it a point to stop at the Blue. To "unwind" before the drive home. As in other recent visits, there were few customers on hand and many of those that stopped in were only there for a quick drink and trip to the LD area with little to no time spent interacting with the girls on stage or around the bar. A lot of girls looked bored and/or annoyed at the lack of traffic. A few of their girls on the stage actually spent their shift sitting on the rail checking out their nails. Overall, the girls were in the 6 to 8 range with no real pigs, but no smoke shows either. After scoping out the talent I noticed a little spinner that I'd taken an enjoyable dance with before. Since she's quite popular I found myself fending off frequent EB "handshakes" and offers of unforgettable dances until finally making eye contact with the spinner. Seeing I was interested, she made a beeline to me with a big smile and quick howdy to the family jewels. Given the time it took to catch her eye, I wasted almost time engaging in small talk before heading off for a dance. One of the good things about being a repeat customer of the same girl is the knowledge of what awaits. This is particularly true when she recognizes you and knows that she doesn't have to waste her time, or yours, trying to up sell or worry about whether you're cool with what she's willing to do...and I was very cool with that. Five songs later I was on my way home relaxed as I always am after a stop at the Blue.
