Have you ever heard those radio ads talking about a pre-made steel building? They can be used as a gym, a school building, industrial storage. Anything sort of building that just needs four walls and a roof.

How bout a strip club...

This is a new place not far from either Mademoiselle or Rick's Tally Ho.

Canada is not far away and has plenty of hot clubs that are usually packed. Buffalo must be trying to get some of those guys to stay south of the border.

I can't say that this kind of place is going to stop everyone from making the trip north.
