I have visited Ocean Gentlemen’s Club three times in the last two months. All of my visits were on weekday evenings. The club is in the middle of an industrial park just south of Clearing Yard. Valet parking is mandatory. It costs $6, but the valet’s will let you self-park if you toss them the $6. They just want their money. If you arrive early, like in the first hour or two the club is open, it is possible to self park for free before the valet guys even set up. The cover charge on weekdays has been one Alexander Hamilton. It keeps the riff raff out, but it sucks when you have to pay $10 and there are not even any dancers on the stage or floor yet. The cover charge on Friday’s and Saturday’s is $15. The club interior is impressive. The inside is wide open, with capacity for 795 people. There are bars to your nine o’clock and three o’clock as you enter. Both have bubbling water tanks on the walls above them. The center of the room has a stage built over a swimming pool. There are two poles on the stage. The stage and flooring are clear so you can see the pool beneath. To get to the stage, you have to walk over one of three bridges connecting the stage to the rest of the club. Dancers access the stage via a runway over the pool coming from the locker room. The dancer locker room is behind the back wall of the club, which is a crescent of cabanas. The cabana rooms all have a couch and television. There is a curtain for privacy, but despite this, they are all in plain view of everyone in the club. I highly doubt you can get extras at this club. A bottle of beer is $3 Sunday through Thursday, but then jumps to $6-7 on Friday and Saturday. The food here is quality; it is just overpriced.

Dancers are supposed to get nude on stage; not all of them do. I was told by a manager that lap dances are supposed to be nude as well, but have read a lot of reviews stating dancers did not disrobe any further than topless. If you have dancers not getting fully nude on stage, they sure as hell are not getting fully nude on a guy’s lap. There are typically anywhere from 1 to 4 dancers working on weekdays from 6 to 8pm, and then more show up later on. I’ve seen all ethnicities and shapes so far, but have yet to see anything better than a 7. The dancers are pretty average. However, I will admit that I have yet to hit Ocean Gentlemen’s Club on a Friday or Saturday night. In terms of dancer attractiveness, this place is about on par with Club O, but several notches below Club 390. Here are the dancers I remember:
