Always reliable

If you like WOC you should like this place. It can be a bit difficult to find if you don't know where to look, as it is down a flight of stairs from street level. And the wrong time of day parking can be annoying. there is a very small lot right beside the Asian (I believe) restaurant located on the street level about Atlantis. Or there are metered spaces on the street. Be careful with the meteers. The Philadelphia Parking Authority does an excellent job o disguising the handicapped spaces, then if you miss the sign and park there by accident they reward you with a $200 parking ticket. I know from sad experience. It is a relatively safe location, as it is located near the University of Pennsylvania campus. There is a T shaped bar, as well as a few scattered tables here and there. I almost always go in the afternoons. Early afternoons can be a little slow, but action on stage and off generally picks up after 3:00 or so. Afternoons there is usually one dancer at a time, evenings the add a second or third. Many of the dancers are quite attractive and shapely coeds from nearby Universities. There can also be some "girls", especially later in the evening, who should have given up the profession a while ago. Drinks are typical bar side prices, around $7 for a beer, I'm not sure about mixed drink prices or value. Dancers are generally on stage for 3 dances, then come off stage and circulate for tips. Many are quite friendly at the bar, but most can take the hint of spending a lot of time in casual chit chat is not your thing. However, if conversation is your goal, many of the coeds can carry on a very good conversation. Most dancers solicit private dances, many offering quite convincing sales pitches at the bar. Private dances can be done in a communal room for $20, or a private room for $30. If requiring a change of shorts after your dance is a goal, that can usually be achieved in either room. But for especially personal service, opt for the closed door $30. If you choose wisely based on bar side introductions you should be properly rewarded in private.
