Could Have Been Better

Stopped in on a Monday about midnight. A bit of a strange parking lot but nicely paved. The place is dimly lit away from the bar and it took a few minutes for me to realize there were several characters sitting in the dark corners watching. A Bud Light was $4 and quite cold. I was quickly approached by an AA girl but turned her down while I got a feel for the place and checked out the selection. At this time there was about 6 or 7 customers and at least 10 dancers. A girl named Ashley I knew from the other clubs came up next but I waved her off as she is a nuisance. I accepted a few dances from a red head which were decent enough and she offered VIP but I declined. We sat and talked for a few minutes and she told me that was the only night she worked there and was usually at Jen's Den. I asked about the guys sitting in the corners and she said I didn't want to know them. Another girl named Skylar (?) offered me a dance, but she was very unsteady on her feet and had some noticeable arm bruising. Several of the girls stayed out in the smoking area while I was there so I didn't get to see the rest of the dancers. I'm thinking going in earlier may have been a better option as this place seems to have it's share of thugs during the later hours like many other places. It was an uneasy feeling.
