Amateur Night

I arrived at 9:30pm, it was an advertized amateur dance contest night. The doorman was competent, albeit slightly frumpy but otherwise qualified. I found a table near the center of the club, the interior and furniture were ascetically pleasing with a red and black motif. The sound system was excellent and the vibe was sensual and inviting.

I was waited on by my an enchanting waitress, dark, flawless skin, of Kenyan descent. She was friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. Her perfect black Barbie made me ask if she was also a dancer but as expected was exclusively a waitress, though she let me know she'd be in the contest.

The contest started shortly thereafter, six women participated. It was a fun, playful atmosphere and I was enjoying myself. I was approached in quick succession by three or four dancers, all better than average, one way above average. I was still chilling so did not ask for a dance. My waitress returned, asked if I had any preference she could assist me with, I deferred to her providing a dancer recommendation.
