Tampa Tales Part 1

The problem with 2001 is that it is very inconsistent. I have learned this as I have visited more than once. The constants are that it is small, no alcohol of course, and a loud DJ. Just about everything else is inconsistent. Unfortunately it appears to be on a downhill slide. The DJ and staff appear to have gotten worse. Luckily the clientele have not gotten worse because that would preclude any future visits at this point.

Most importantly dancer quality is way down. On this night most of the dancers were ugly and out of shape. They used to have some very good looking dancers on my other few visits. I used up my two free passes at this point, so I am not sure that I am going to pay cover to get into this place in the future. There used to be some parity with this club and the other one across the street. There is always ebb and flow with clubs in the same area, but this seemed like a permanent change when I was there. Unfortunately, I have to recommend skipping it.
