big difference!

The last time I visited this club was over a year ago, and I was surprised at how different it felt. As I approached the entrance, I saw a small group outside smoking, which seemed like a good sign. It was - the club is non-smoking now.

After paying the entry fee and going inside, a bouncer type held his arms out, and I did a double take, thinking it was quite friendly of him to offer a hug when we had just met. It turned out it was for a pat-down. He seemed relaxed, though, like he was just doing his job.

The clientele was pretty subdued. On a Saturday night at around 11pm, there were maybe 25 customers and maybe around 15 dancers. One thing I noticed was that the dancers were giving a lot of attention for a stage tip - almost a mini lap dance. I saw 2 or 3 dancers who I might have been interested in getting a dance from, but they were at a table with customers and looked like they would be for quite a while, so I cut the visit short. Being non-smoking, having a lot of dancers and a calm vibe, though, it could be worth a return visit sometime.
