String Experience

A buddy and I visited this club around 1:30am Saturday night. Before we arrived we decided we would try whatever VIP rooms they had to offer. This might be a club we may visit frequently since we are here in Norway for a few months.

The Club: The club is about a two minute walk from central station. I believe the cover was 100 NOK, can’t say for sure though. We paid the doorman and walked in, boom! The bar is right in front of you when you walk in, I wasn’t expecting that. Anyways to the right of the bar there is seating, tables, chairs and booths. I saw one pole that the girls dance on during the so-called shows. The VIP rooms are down a narrow hallway to the left of the bar. The bathrooms are just past the VIP rooms(remember this little piece of info, it will come up again later in the review) at the end of the hallway.

The Dancers: When we walked in there were two dancers sitting a the bar directly in front of us, one was Norwegian and one was Italian, they quickly made conversation with us. We sat down at one of the booths and they proceeded to tell us about the dances. The girls do not dance at the tables like they do at a traditional American strip club. The dancers dance on the pole about every ten minutes when they do there so-called shows, which consist of a dancer dancing on the pole for a song or two. As far as quality of dancers all the girls we noticed were average to above average looks. Nothing way over the top and nothing bad either. For the most part they were good looking girls. The dancers we were talking to didn’t waste time with small talk, they got right to business quoting us prices for the VIP areas.
