it's finished!

went along to see some cheap entertainment,( i.e. no private dances, jug collection of £1 a dance only), and found it no longer provides stripping, but is a rather posh craft ales pub. There is now no strip pub in London where there are no private dances. There used to be several strip pubs where you would not spend a fortune but now all are either closed, converted to no stripping at all, or now providing lap dances. Apparently the Scotsman closed around September/October last year and reopened after refurbishment a little before Christmas. It was a very popular venue on Saturdays when the English football season is on, and I am sure plenty have been going along to be sorely disappointed like me! Nearest strip pub to Scotsman is The Griffin, about a mile away.
