Another trip to Suzy's

Stopped on the other Tuesday afternoon. The place looked the same inside and out, though I thought I heard some discussion about a remodeling project. Walked down the length of the bar to the end away from the stage because the better seats at the stage end of the bar were taken. Didn't recognize the girl on stage. In fact didn't know any of the dancers. That is strange because there is usually some there I know from there or other places. I was actually hoping Maddie would be there, but that was not in the cards.

The beer was reasonably priced and good and cold. While I did not eat there on this visit, I have before and it is usually pretty good. There were 3 girls an and 6 customers, all of whom were clustered in the better seats near the front door. There are some tables and chairs right in front of the stage, but for some reason I never sit there. It could be because when guys do sit there they look kinda desperate.

Well since Maddie was not there, I had a second beer, tipped all 3 of the girls when they came around and headed on my way. Generally I always have a nice hour or so here, but I guess I set my self up for an average time by over thinking things about Maddie. Better luck next time at Suzy's I thought as I pulled out onto 309.
