Not Worth the Time

I was in on a Tuesday afternoon around 3:00 and I will forgo the description of the layout as it has been adequately described by other reviewers. Instead I will dive right into the heart of the review: The experience. In this case, I did not find the trip worth the time and effort involved (which, given it required relatively little of either, should say enough).

There were a handful of dancers, only slightly outnumbered by the customers. I go to a strip club once a year or so, and I like to have the opportunity for some light banter prior to the dances. So while the ratio was promising, the dancers were less so. Most should have probably packed it in a bit ago. There was one attractive woman, at least when judged on the scale one expects from the Tallmadge - Howe red light district. She spent the time I was there focused on her phone, or chatting with the bartender. I could not tell if she was getting off shift or coming on. Perhaps it was an extended break, or maybe she was a scantily dressed customer.

Regardless, I had a couple of $5 bar side dances hoping the veteran dancers would make up for their lack of curb appeal with enthusiasm. Those dances did not redeem Jen's from my earlier opinion. No surprise then, that I politely declined a couple of others and went about my day. In the end I spent about $15 on disappointingly packaged evidence of the decline decline of the area clubs.
