When I first went here, I was still very much a rookie. It's not a little out of the way; it's a lot out of the way. You honestly aren't coming out to west Gresham to try it out on a whim. But that's what I did. After a Craigslist deal went sour in Vancouver (FYI, please don't buy or sell fake shoes), I was just looking to spend some money to make something of the night after driving a couple hours to and from. I'd heard about this place, about how it was a great view from the stage, so I figured this was as good a time as any to go.

It looks like a regular bar from the outside. Parking in the back. It's surrounded by neighborhoods. It's pretty nondescript. While you park in the back, the entrance is to the side toward the front, so there is that semi-awkward walk to the door while cars whiz by on Stark. Walking in, it's pretty clean looking, with lights like a nightclub almost. Bouncer checks the ID and enforces the annoying two drink minimum. Hate it. I was probably gonna buy two drinks anyway, but you've already soured my experience a little by making it mandatory. I'd like to know I have options.

Like others have said, the place has stadium seating. As you walk in, a large, raised stage sits in the middle like a boxing ring with a pole right in the middle all the way to the ceiling. Seats are placed around its edges with some small tables sitting alongside the wall a couple feet away. The other seats are raised and are reachable by stairs. No one's getting an obstructed view in this building.
