Still the best in DC but seems to be fading a bit recently.

Without a doubt, this is the best of the DC clubs; Archibald's is probably a distant 2nd. DC laws are weird, full nudity but no contact. Camelot’s outside was updated a couple of years ago but the inside hasn't changed much in many years. It still looks well maintained but the design is pretty dated. Bring your shoe horn for getting in and out of the mens' rooms, especially the one downstairs. It's almost humorous when their is more than one guy in it at the same time!

Many dancers are still very hot (8-9). Seems like a few more less attractive ones than years ago but maybe that's just my memory. Dancers do three songs and get fully nude. You can go to the stage and put a dollar in the garter but that’s all the excitement you will find here (or anywhere in DC, of course, head to Baltimore for better rules). Beautiful, classy (for the most part) women but not overly friendly. Polite is probably a better word than friendly. The dancer schedules continue to be listed on the Camelot (Showbar) website.

A beer costs about $10 but there is no cover charge. Still the tips for the dancers and your waitress add up so it's not a cheap place to sit and drink. Some of the waitresses are hot too and wear sexy outfits; some are friendly. The food is much better than average quality, especially for a SC. Burgers and fries are good (but a bit overpriced, of course.
