Saturday nightcap

I have been the Lodge many times. As other reviews state it is setup as a hunting lodge, and I guess it is, but I don't believe much 4 legged hunting is going on. Atmosphere is very laid back and somewhat upper scale. I have always loved the place. This Saturday night I dropped in after 11:00pm. $15.00 to enter ! Wow, $5.00 is the most I have ever paid. Order 2 crown & waters, $11.50 ea.( normally $7.50) Total of $53.00 dollars for me and the lady with me to enjoy our first drink. I asked about the prices going up and was told it was because it was after 9:00 on Saturday night. I have to say that the talent was down considerably as well. Stayed for two drinks and a beer, did not see a dancer we wanted to spend time with, so after the beer we cut out. I think that next trip to Big D we will try another club.
