A great club

I visited Scores in Moresville last Sunday night. It opens at 6, I got there at 7:30, and while it was slow at first, dances and patrons started arriving in mass around 9 pm. Spent my first couple of hours at the bar that the bar tender was a really hot young lady.

The club is new construction perhaps 2 or 3 years old. From the outside, it looks like a two story structure with façade windows. In side, it is just a big tip-slab commercial structure with a 20-24' ceiling. At one end is a bar on a raised platform (-8 ft) with a view of the club floor and the main stage. The bar also has a lot of big screen sports displays. At the other end, the VIP area is a second floor balcony with a big open stair case so that everyone can see couples going up to VIP. Below the VIP area is another seating area that seemed to be a group of guys when I was there.

While it was still slow, a dancer explained the club. On the floor, dances are $10. However, they are mostly air dances with little or no contact. However, the real action is in VIP. There the dances are $35 each or you can buy block time. An hour in VIP is $500, half is $300, and a quarter is less but the value escapes me. Apparently the economy is strong in central North Carolina.
