Playing Hookie

I stopped by on my way back to work from a business meeting on a Friday afternoon because there were quite a few cars in the parking lot. This was about 3pm. Apparently one of the managers was celebrating a birthday so there was a better turn out than usual. I only had about 45 minutes to enjoy so I couldn’t take my time and soak in the atmosphere, nor could I be too picky.

Club:

No cover during the day. The club is quite small and it was quite dark when I got in, needed a few minutes for my eyes to adjust. There wasn’t too strong of a smoke smell, but it was there (this is a pet peeve of mine). The bar extends the entire length of the room with plenty of bar stools. There is a long dance floor with a pole and two girls were dancing at a time. Plenty of floor and bench seating with tables available. The restroom was clean and there was an attendant there (I thought this was a bit strange for a weekday afternoon). All in all, the club was certainly not a dive. It is comfortable, clean, but certainly not high end.
