A tame eveing
Went to the Crazy Horse last week after a long day in Ocean City. Didn't want to go into AC and thought I'd try this place out. Got there around 9pm
The layout of this bar is very odd, The bar is at the far right when you walk in and that's where everyone hangs out in a sort of horseshoe shabe around the bartender. The dance floor is a long rectangle that starts at the edge of the bar and extends out into the length of the room. Until it get's crowded, which it didn't Thursday night, there was no one sitting at the seats along the stage.
This means that the dancers are always pretty far away from where guys are sitting - makes for very little interaction with the dancers during their dance and makes it feel much more like a background performance. I like a more intimate setting where the dancer can work the room a bit better and you can see what she's up to without squinting. Suppose I could have gone to sit by the stage, but then would be the only guy down there - pretty awkward.
