A lot of fun
Went to follies for the first time and honestly didn't have too much money. I just went because some of my buddies wanted to. I had a very good time and all i had was about 70 bucks in my pocket by the time I got inside. There was mandatory valet parking that was $20. Not a huge fan of that but all the workers outside the club were cool, from the valet to the security. Very professional and not trying to be tough guy assholes. $10 entrance fee. Whatever you buy to drink is going to have 25 cents at the end of it so that you basically feel inclined to tip almost 2 dollars to the bartender each time. And the bartender is not afraid to make it clear if she feels the tip isn't good enough. When i was there it was pretty crowded. Not really any seats available. Expect for a lot of the dancers to speak to you and try to strike up a conversation. It didn't seem like people were tipping the dancers on stage much so they primarily made their money off of lap dances. $10 a song. Worth it. There are high chairs, regular chairs at tables, and couches all where you can get get your dance. Almost everyone will ask if you want a dance but they weren't too pushy. They might try to get you to buy a drink for them though. That seemed to be a common tactic that they used. It must have been successful because a few of them seemed to be completely hammered but it didn't bother me much. All in all, I had a lot of fun with limited funds. I can only imagine if I went there with a decent amount of money. I usually like going with about $200, even if I don't spend all of it I prefer to not get the urge to use the strip club ATM because we all know what a hustle that is. I definitely suggest follies. I can imagine it being one of the best strip clubs experiences on a good night.
