Didn't,meet the hype

After landing late and checking into a hotel down the road, I made my way over to Club Downtown. Its in a safe area and i felt fine walking up the flight of stairs to the entrance for the $5 cover and bouncer escorting me 10 feet to a seat for a tip. I had 2 beers before I was approached for a dance by a busty french Canadian who struggled with her English. The shows on the stage varied, but were pretty good since nobody was tipping. They had 2 girls who would alternate every other song for 4 total songs, which gives you a good idea of what's out there. I spotted a sexy Asian woman and she was pushing heavily for the "lesbian show" but I wasn't interested on this night. We went upstairs and i thiught it was for a full contact dance and she took me to an area where she was on a "bed" for a half hearted show. It was $15 for the first song and $10 thereafter with the same girl. I was disappointed and called it a night after the 1 song. Make sure you know what dance you're getting before commiting.
