Meh
Indianapolis clubs are occasionally accused of being overrated. This trip to Dancers didn't do much to dispel that rumor.
Showed up around 1 a.m. Place is shaped like a giant, rectangular box with the bar at the end you first enter, a large, square space in the middle with lots of tables and three stages spread out across the floor forming the points of a triangle. Some small booth-like areas at the end opposite the bar have space for groups to sit in, then the champagne room and the the lapper booths are separated from the floor by those booths. Got a reasonably-priced drink and took a seat at a table.
Talent evaluation: Only two girls in the building I thought were worthy of time and/or money beyond a tip-walk tip. One was a young, Barbie-esque blonde who was worth the price of admission. Tipped her on stage and encouraged her to stop over -- however, she found a big fish and ended up in the Champagne Room pretty much most of the rest of the night. Oh well. The other was a brunette who had decent fake breasts and turned out to be much older than she looked, and her looks were impressive -- I'd call her a solid eight, ranging towards a nine, plus she was good and flexible on stage. Good conversation and sense of humor. A few dances with only so-so contact. Decent connection, but I didn't sense there was going to be more on the table than the so-so dances. Shame.
