Vic's on Easter

I went to Vic's on Easter Sunday after hanging out at the Champ Room for a while. They only had 2 girls working. Wet Wet and a white girl named Sparkle. She said she was from New Orleans and worked at Lookers and some other bars. Long story short when I told her she had a nice ass, she said I could sample it. But she wanted $25 for a lap dance. I told her hell no. Wet Wet gave me a couple of dances and all was good. Beers are now $5.5 and they wanted $5 to get in when they only had 2 girls working and nobody in the bar. No parking lot...only street parking. How and a bar in the heart of the hood get away with this??
