I've written several times about this club and don't want to repeat my advice that it isn't worth going here when it is crowded, unless you like smoke and being surrounded by men while the dancers are all in the VIP. Or unless you're dropping big bills in the VIP yourself.

I have wondered how much it costs to be a big spender, Delilahs style. The two or three hundred I've been willing to drop in an evening don't get you noticed except when it's really dead. Then anyone returning from a dance is going to be hit on by another dancer right away, and you can get a lot of attention just because no one else is spending anything.

But recently I've noticed that the best looking dancers never come around the room. After seeing them on stage, they then go to the back room or straight to the tables around the edge of the room and sit with someone. I don't know whether that is where regulars like to sit, or that's a VIP area for big spenders. I like the tables by the stage, so I've never tried the ones in the corners. My last visit I got a view of the other side. One of the best looking dancers in the place propositioned me, and though I'd had a medicore dance with her in the past, I gave her another chance. Very nice. Got to about five songs and she asked whether I wanted to continue. I said yes and we got to about $200 before she was called to the stage. That apparently was enough to push me into the next category. 10 songs with one dancer is more than enough when she has three songs of material, because then it is just repetition of the same old. But 10 was just a warmup with this dancer. No outrageous milage, just enough intimacy and soft skin and a woman who seemed to enjoy it.
