That was the mantra I lived by. Until I met Nicole. She is a hot piece of ass, and offered OTC for $1000. Now that is way too much, right? Or does that seem in line with Jacksonville?

If I were too do this, this would be my first true OTC where FS would be involved. So I am asking some of you veterans- Deal or No Deal? $1000 is a lot.
