I was in the area and decided to pop my head into the Carnival. As many have outlined its not really a strip club in the traditional sense.

There was nobody using the middle area when I went it. Handful of girls in their little booths waiting to have a conversation with customers. I checked in on a few but ended up not getting any lap dances.

Its good that you don't need to worry about any BS here. Just talk with the girls you want and get a dance if you want. But there also isn't much to do if you're not getting a dance, so you either do that or mill around awkwardly. No harm stopping in to see if there's anything you like, though.
