Interesting Night

It was a Friday night and it had been a while since I had a chance to get out. It had been too long since visiting the Sands, so I decided that that would be my destination for the evening. There weren't too many cars in the parking lot so I thought it may be a little dead in the club....I was right. I think one of the reasons was the number of dancers seemed low for a Friday night. I ended up ordering my soda (for those of you not from Washington State, no alcohol is allowed in strip clubs) and staying for a couple hours.

There was maybe 8 dancers at the club that evening tops. Another reason for the slow night might be that the jukebox/sound system was out, so they resorted to playing CDs which left very awkward pauses between songs. And I don't think they have the most up-to-date collection of CDs. One of the dancers commented to me that they haven't heard one of the songs that was playing since junior high school. There was a variety of dancers of those who were there and a couple caught my eye. The PA system was also seemingly on the fritz so they had to yell out who was on stage when they finished their performances. I hope they upgrade the audio system, but I'm not holding my breath as this is not the first time this has happened. Again, it was an entertaining albeit slightly off night at the Sands.
