Play House Open Again
This review actually covers two separate visits to the Playhouse which seems to have been revived now that they are owned by the same group that owns Subis and Trummps. They are putting alot of money into the place with an exterior do-over and inside remodeling which is still somewhat in progress. The layout is pretty much the same with bar on the right, VIP on the left and a single oval stage in the middle of the room as you walk in. Restroom in the rear taking a sharp left after you pass the end of the bar.
Friday Afternoon: Free valet parking and no cover; can't say that happens anywhere else and not sure it will last. About 5-7 customers, mostly a lunch crowd, with about 5-6 dancers that ranged in the 6-8 level. This is not a big place maybe only about the size of the Toy Chest or Subi's. Talked with the day shift manager who outlined the improvements and handed me two free passes for any evening. Two $25 dances with a curvy brunette who gave a sensual grind. $10 every time fee to use the VIP. No talk of any expanded menu, so I can't speak to that. Left to pick up my dumb buddy at the airport.
Saturday Night: Had to talk my friend into going back as he remembered what this place was like a few years ago with the previous owners. I reminded him we had the free passes and to quit acting like a little front butt since we could one and done if the prospects looked bleak. Our plan was to hop over to Flight Club if we needed to..... we did not leave. Saturday night was $6 parking and I think $10 to get in but, we had the passes. Beers are the standard ~ $8. 10 to 15 girls working of different shapes and sizes. We both found something we liked and spent significant time in the VIP where expanded menus were offered. Got some food later too and it was excellent.
