Meh
I went back to the Landing Strip after quite some time. It seems like the city of Romulus redid the downtown area and now there are not as many street parking spots as before. Due to this, I had to park kind of far away. At least I was able to avoid the bs valet parking fees. The club itself is exactly how I remembered. The outside has blue lightning that is nicly illuminated. After entering the door, you go up a flight of stairs and the main part of the club is on the second floor. Some might hate it and think this is inconvenient, but I for one consider it to be an unique aspect of this club. No other club that I have been to in Michigan has this type of layout. The main part of the club is pretty small and alas I do feel a bit cramped in there. When I first got there, it was pretty busy, but cleared out pretty quickly as the night rolled on. I went on St. Patrick's Day and while there were many girls, few struck my fancy. Only a tiny number were above average. Most were either fat or old. My atf from before was no where to be seen. In fact I have not seen her there in the past year unfortunately. The only saving grace for this trip is the bartender Joe is a real cool guy, really friendly, and super personable. All in all, I do not see myself going back. The main point of a strip club is girls and if the talent is lackluster, then what's the point of going?
