Upscale atmosphere, but very low-energy
Arrived around 11 PM on a Monday night. Cover was $10. Valet parking is available, but thankfully not mandatory. The club is in a fairly secluded location in an industrial park near the I-35 and I-410 interchange.
The interior of the club is pretty nice - spacious, with three stages (all clearly visible from most parts of the club), ample seating, and a balcony (I think this is where the VIP area is). There is also a private area for lap dances on the wall opposite the entrance (separated from the main floor by a barricade). The club's atmosphere is decidedly more upscale than other San Antonio clubs I have seen. The music, at least that night, seemed to favor rap and R&B - not my favorite, but pretty common around here as far as I've been able to tell.
There were about ten dancers working that night - a good mix of white, black, and Latina dancers. Most were good dancers and in very good shape, mostly in the 5-8 range (but with a decent number of 7s and 8s). This club seems to do better than most of its neighbors in terms of dancers' physical appeal, but dancers here seemed to show a lot less interest overall than those at other clubs. More on that below.
