sinclair's Review
I stopped by PT's at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon while on layover. There was very limited parking behind and on the side of the building. There was no cover charge as it was early and only the staff were in attendance. Two dancers arrived at 12:45, and a third came at 12:50. A friendly Panamanian woman was tending the bar. She warned me a lot of the dancers do not speak English or do not speak it well. A Sincweiser set me back $5.75. Bottle service with premium brand bottles is $150.
The club's bar is to your right as you enter. To the immediate left is the main stage, a large elevated rectangle that is three feet high with a pole. There is a secondary stage further into the club that looks like a bird cage. It is a small round stage, surrounded by six poles. The club was decorated with flags of various countries, mostly Latin American ones. The DJ was playing mostly hip hop and dance tracks. What pissed me off was that the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. There is probably a bathroom troll that has hand soap at night, but daytime patrons should be able to wash their hands too.
The dancers were nothing spectacular, but not hideous either. All appeared to be numerically 5's and 6's. I also think all of them were Cuban and spoke Spanish exclusively. Communication is going to be rough at PT's if you cannot at least speak conversational Spanish. The stage contact was copious for just a few bucks. Lap dances were $25. Like all VCG Holdings's clubs, there is a bullshit surcharge to get lappers. You need to pay $5 for a wristband if you want to get lap dances.
