Okay if you can say no a LOT

This is a club where the management hustles the girls for every cent, and the girls in turn hustle the customers. It's not a good club. That said, the girls are usually very attractive and if you just can't leave south beach, you can still have a good time here. My advice: don't go in for a private dance, not even one, nurse your drink, and make sure the word "No" is heavily featured in your vocabulary. Then just sit back and enjoy the view. You really are better off somewhere else though.
