worst customer service from the GM

Two of my friends and I went into the club Feb 27th around 1230am to get our last drinks of the night. We were greeted by an assistant manager by the name of Kent. Kent is always very welcoming and appreciative of our business. We went to VIP and were automatically greeted by two beautiful waitresses. We received drinks right away and sat and mingled with other customers. Around 130 we were warned by the staff that drinks would be picked up close to 2am which was very helpful. We ordered our last round of drinks. Alittle after 2am a woman came into VIP that was clearly too intoxicated to be in the building. She stumbled into her chair behind us while members of her party sat at another table. The men were also intoxicated and disrespectful to the waitresses. The woman then vomited all over my friend and I. I got up and went to the back where the VIP waitress proceeded to help me pack my jacket and shirt into a bag. She apologized for what happend. The person I was with was upset and the husband of the woman that vomited got in his face yelling at him. My friend was upset and was approached by the bouncers. The men and woman that started the incident remained while my friend was escorted to the back with me. The GM Sean came to the back and told us that since my friend was upset he wouldn't apologize and to get the fuck out of his club. The GM is known to be very rude and racist. He makes racist comments often and is never friendly when we come in. We spend money in the club and have been going there for years but everything has changed since he's taken over. Many regulars visit other clubs because he is so unsociable and rude. I've never been treated so unfair at a place of business in my life and as a service industry member myself I've never seen a GM act the way he did that night. As long as he is the GM this club that was once great will continue to be ran into the ground.
