So much potential - so little value for your $$$$ / free advice inside

The physical club layout is great - first class. But it's just not the high class gentleman's club it wants to be. I want this place to be so much better - but its not. The girls wear pasties and gowns. Your average undergrad Halloween party shows more skin. For the small amount of skin you see you are expected to shill out big bucks. The quality of girls has declined over the past two years. Still some hot girls but now there's some real clunkers. And the girls there are thirsty and desperate as no one is making money - a lot of girls left for Philly or NY I'm told. VIP is worth it if you have money to burn and the right girl. With the wrong girl you're wasting your money. Hide your wallet from the super aggressive cagey older (30s) chicks - it eventually gets creepy and sad. You don't want a talkative one in VIP - they'll just talk the entire time. Meanwhile the foreign girls I'm told are up for pretty much anything. Oh there's VIP Hosts too. They should be called the least necessary people in the history of mankind. There's no need for the leeches in blue blazers. They are super smarmy and expect tips for running your credit card. Save your money for the girls. Two years ago I'm writing a different review - but now the writing is on the wall that this place is in trouble. I want it to be better. Here's my free advice (1) lower or get rid of the cover charge - make it up with more expensive drinks - guys don't care whether they pay $12 or $18 for a drink with tits in their face - but they will remember paying $40 to get in when they are sober and no tits in face. (2) fire all of the VIP hosts - they are increasing your overhead. In fact most times I'm in the place there's more people "working" in the club than actual customers. You need to slash your overhead like crazy - your business model is inefficient at best (3) make better use of the sports bar and market sporting events to get in the casual crowd (4) Hire some hot ass waitresses - cocktail servers are part of the experience and you are not keeping up with the other clubs in AC, your average suburban Chilis has hotter waitresses than scores (5) Younger dancers to compete with the other clubs in AC and maybe go lingerie instead of gowns. There's an odd beauty pageant vibe at times. People want to see skin at a strip club. Not a beat up sequined ensemble that's been dropped to the floor a thousand times. And (6) No dancers over 30. You want to draw top talent whales you need to supply the talent they want. Out with the older girls who only hustle through chatting. Its not called a conversation club.
