Harem on Tuesday Night

I stopped by the Harem last Tuesday night at about 8:00 PM. The cover was $5 and beers were $3. Nice big club with a raised stage in the center and a bar along the wall at the end of the room. It was my first time there and it was a little different. First there were 28 guys and about 9 dancers. (not a good ratio). The dancers dance three songs on stage and they wear pasties like all Ohio clubs. The big thing in this club seems to be the regulars tipping a lot when their favorite dancer is on stage. They didn’t make it rain but the same amount of cash just handing it over and stuffing it in the garter. That is all that seems to happen. I was there for over an hour and did not see one private dance. Finally they had a 2-4-$30. I thought at a 3 to 1 ratio I probably won’t get asked, but this little thick dancer stopped by and offered the special. So I said yes and into the back we went. The private dance area is one big room with a hard bench around the outside. To my surprise there were only two other dancers back there. (I guess people in Dayton don’t like private dances?) It was a good couple of dances, not great, but good, and an offer for take-out. I had no place to meet up so I turned her down and headed home. I’ll go back.
