Great stop on the way to Love Field

A very different experience - no dancers - but a great visit. United, American, Delta, etc all have exclusive VIP clubs inside most airports. But nothing compares to a stop at Silver City before your flight out of Love Field.

I had just spent 3 days in Dallas visiting customers, but my last stop was cut short. So I headed off to Love Field 4 hours early of my scheduled flight. The thought of hanging out in the airport that long seemed terrible, so I stopped by the closest club around 2:00pm. Huge facility, $4 Shiner Bock, a man cave with leather reclining loungers in front of two projection TV's, free billiards, and a pleasant bartender. Very clean and large restroom, and no cover charge. Delta would have a long way to go to compete with this place.

Never saw a dancer, but that was just fine. It was a fantastic place to stop before heading back out of town. Just don't fall asleep in those leather seats and miss your flight. I almost did.
