Mpire is OK for DC strip club

The Mpire club is right next door to the Camelot Club. The vibe is very different though. This place is bright and shiny and loud. It is very high energy and the cleanest club i have ever seen. I have a complaint though. They scan your drivers license when you go in. I know lots of bars do this but I don't care for it, especially at a strip club. The club is really small an the bar fills most of it. The girls dance on platforms at each end of it. In DC fashion they ask for donations. I didn't see anyone go up to the stages and tip the girls while they danced though. I did have some luck getting the girls to sit and talk with me. Drinks were pretty high but that's to be expected.
