A pleasent sunday evening

Urban Tiger Bristol is located in the busy centre of the city close to the harbour side with it plethora of bars, restaurants and hotels. The club is spread over two floors -the upper being the VIP area. The club is modern and clean. Each floor has a stage with pole, seating area, bar and separated lap dance area with individual semi private booths. The VIP area also has TV screens show softcore dance videos.

Admission was £10. Drinks were a little on expensive side but not so expensive that it caused me to leave to visit the nearest cash machine.

I visited on a Sunday night, the club was relatively quiet until about midnight. 5 ladies were working ranging from 4s through to 8s, all were pleasant. As with all clubs some were more pushy than others. Only 1 lady danced on the pole while I was there but I was assured that had the club been busier there would have been more.

I stayed for about two hours and had both standard a d VIP dances. It seemed that the standard dances – downstairs were based on number of songs and the VIP dances were based on time. The prices were £20 per song downstairs and £80 for 15 minutes in the VIP area.

Based on my experience I would not go for a VIP dance if I visited again. I suppose thinking about it, after the event, the dancer in the VIP area got a bit closer, but that was about the only difference, in my opinion this was not enough to justify the increased pricing. However, they do serve drinks at your table upstairs - downstairs you have got to get them yourself. All the dances I had were perfectly satisfactory, lots on show but as is normal in Bristol these days no touching.
