Isn't what it used to be

I'm a seasoned entertainer from the west coast. I came out of retirement a couple years ago, heard this place was the the best in the North Eastern part of the US. Horrified.. It looks like a glorified bikini bar, staff is rude and on their high horse. The girls aren't bad (most of them), but so pushy, it made ME uncomfortable when an old friend came out to see me. The dressing room is big, but a total shit-hole. Most of the house moms are kind of bitchy -especially the one with short, spiky hair and who is drunk most of the time. They act like they hate us (not just me), and I tip VERY well ($20min) and that doesn't really seem to motivate them to be nice.

There is a huge turnover in management staff and the reason is always "he was stealing." I doubt that was the case, I tend to think it's just a crappy company to work for all the way down the chain. They try to promote themselves as a Gentlemen's club, but are FAR from it on so many levels. The drinks are astronomical (as most clubs go), but the worst part is, they water their drinks down. My customer drinks his vodka on the rocks -no mixer, and I can drink it easily. That should be impossible! The cocktail waitresses are pretty nice and the bartenders treat entertainers like crap, too.

The VIP host doesn't know how to treat a VIP. It's embarrassing! Guys pay a lot of money every year and then monthly NOT to be treated like trash.

There are 2 couch dance rooms. 1 towards the front of the establishment is super dark, but seems to have newer furniture, but as I was doing a dance and went down on vended knee as part of my routine, my knee went into somethings cold, slimy, and wet on the floor. Not sure what it was. Don't want to know. Hoping someone had spilled juice or something and it was molding.. (UGH!)

The other dance room is way brighter -so if you're a visual guy, you'll enjoy getting dances in here and even though that room is run down, at least you know what you're putting your hand, knee, foot into... Or worse yet, what you're sitting in.
