OK Time

Read a lot of good things about this club and a former dancer there told me I had to visit if I was ever in town. So, when work brought me to Orlando, I decided to hit the club on a Sunday night, arrived about 5 pm – I think they opened a bit earlier this Sunday than usual to show the football playoffs on the big screen TV. Parking was plentiful and looked safe. I do agree with another poster that late nights might be a tough go for parking. No cover charge. Walked in bathroom to your right and down the hall to the club – bar to the right – big stage to your left. It was actually nice looking club. The big is bar and circles around with plenty places to sit. I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered a water – and was offered my free shot. Bartender was pretty and full of energy – I did hear her later tell some guy he could not give his free shot to her. So far so good. Mixed crowd at this hour and trending older and white. Definitely some regulars here as girls bounce from one guy to the next saying hi like there were old friends. As for the dancers, there were about 12- 15 but it seemed more was arriving as the night went on. (I stayed about 2 hours) I thought the quality was a little low – 5-7, with more towards the low side. I did have one dancer talk to me as soon as I sat down and as soon as she walked off stage. Small chatted – hang rubbing my leg – spend about 5 minutes and when I turned down her offer for a dance she moved on. She and one other “wanna dance” dancer were the only two that talked to me the entire time I was there. I did tip a few dancers on stage, but even they didn’t stop by to say thank you or see if I wanted a dance. There was one dancer I tried to get her attention, but she basically ignored me the three or four attempts. I did see dances taking place and it appears you mileage can vary greatly, with some trying harder than others. I did not see a bouncer walking the area but one dancer must have be getting a little too friendly as the manager or bouncer keep pointing a flashlight at here to stop whatever she was doing. As I was leaving, they were setting up a free buffet, may have been something special for the football playoffs, but I didn’t stay long enough to check it out. So, I guess I would say I had an ok time and would probably visit again to give it a second chance but not in a rush to do so.
