Booby Trap

Bottom line up front: Not the classiest place around, but I had a lot of fun. I like it and highly recommend it. Pulled into the parking lot about 9:00 on a Monday. There was a lot of available parking, but about half were blocked with orange cones. There was a guy hanging out in the parking lot by a chair, but no obvious valet station. I drove by the coned area and found an open space. On the way in, the guy hanging around charged me $1 for parking.

The club is apparently undergoing some sort of exterior renovation. There was scaffolding on the front of the building and what looked like temporary entrance made of plywood. Cover was $5. The club looks smaller on the inside than outside. It is not an upscale place, but definitely not a dive either. The place was pretty busy for a Monday night, but not packed. The clientele was largely younger, t-shirted looking types, with a few older PLs scattered around.

There were a couple of dozen dancers on staff when I arrived with a wide variety of body types, slender spinners to thick and voluptuous, ranging from average in looks to well above average. They all looked like Latinas. On the usual scale, I would rate the ones I saw from 5 to 8, probably weighted toward the 8 end of the scale, with maybe even a couple of 9s. There were as I recall two or three bars along the back wall. All of the seats were taken at the near bars, so I worked my way to the back bar where there were some openings and ordered a gin and tonic. I can’t remember the price, but seem to remember it being a bit high, even for a strip club, maybe $9-$10 (but I was drinking call brand, too).
