Decent local choice

Been to Elan's a couple of times before. Stopped by after dinner since I was in the area already. It's a Saturday night. $10 cover, $7 bottled beer, $25 a song for private dance. The staff and the entrance are very friendly, giving the place a more upscale feel. There were about 7 or 8 dancers on shift, and about 25 patrons. The club interior hasn't changed much through the years. Small stage surrounded by bar. The stage isn't elevated and the 2 polls aren't particularly close to the stools around the bar. Not a huge issue, since the dancers don't try very hard to impress with the dance, often times only taking the top off towards the end of the 2nd song. You get a much closer look at and better interaction with the dancer when she goes around the bar for tips. The rest of the club is fairly dimly lit which gives a nice ambience.

Girls are mostly 6~7s. All very friendly. I've seen latinas previously but tonight it seems all white, with a few of them eastern European. Those not on stage will go around the bar and look to chat. I have to say that the thing I like the most about this place is the friendliness, and equally importantly the girls are not pushy. On this particular occasion I spoke to a blonde local Connecticut girl named Alexa. 6 face and 7 body. We chatted for a good 10 min before she brought up doing a private dance, which I gladly obliged. She gave a great 2 songs dance with nice contact. I didn't have too much expectations before the dance but it turned out to be a good time.

Went back to the bar after the dance. Most girls were busy chatting with guests. If I had any complaint it's that the place could have used a few more dancers. But in any case, a good local choice if you're in town.
