Very Strange Visit

I haven't been here in probably 5 months but decided to stop by around lunch time like I used to. It was one of the strangest experiences I've ever had here. Normally you can count on 10-15 dancers around lunch time and it's always a pretty good place for some fun. When I walked in I thought there was a 3 for 2 special going on, there were just 3 customers and 1 dancer sitting with one of the customers so I sat down. The next thing I noticed was there was no DJ, at the end of the song it was a recorded voice announcing the next song and doing a pitch. After a short song, no dancers or customers came from the back and the recorded DJ announced the next dancer. The one dancer in the place got up from her customer and did two songs then sat back down with him. Still no other dancers, this was now an hour since the club had opened. As I was leaving I asked the bouncer what the deal was and he said there were more dancers upstairs getting ready. I have clue what was going on but it was all very weird.
