Wednesday night fun

An impulse decision lead myself, my girlfriend, and one of our friends to SR late on a Wednesday. We parked and walked to the door where we were quoted $35 each to get in. I expected the cost, having been to a couple Vegas strip clubs in the past, but the girls weren't having it. When they looked like they were about to leave, the bouncer said they could go in free, but I still had to pay cover. Once inside, it was busy, but not so busy that we couldn't quickly find seating. We got a couple drinks, and a couple dances in our seats. I went to the vip with the dancer that was hanging around us. The VIP dance was $100 for about 10 minutes, but actually ended up being closer to $175 after buying drinks and tipping the vip waitress and the dancer. The $100 seemed to be a starting point as the dancer made it clear that there were more expensive options, but that my girlfriend wouldn't like them, seeming to imply that she might be available otc if I wanted. This was the second time that a Vegas dancer made such an offer to me. I didn't take her up on it, got the vip dance where she encouraged lots of touching of everything except the kitty. Headed back to the seats afterward and shortly after left the club. Decent club, but your dollar doesn't go as far in Vegas as it would in most places (I live in southern California), between overpriced drinks, dances, and tipping, it adds up fast.
