A lot better than I expected
Kitten's Cabaret, formerly Eboni & Lace, did a nice job of renovation. It seems like they just put a coat of neon pink paint on the outside and spent most the money on the inside. What surprised me the most was seeing a completely full parking lot. That reminded me of the Platinum Plus era in Memphis. I paid 20 dollars to get in and an extra 10 dollars for a bottle. There was a fully armed security guard roaming the parking lot and one at the front door as well. Even though it is across the street from FedEx, this place is in the hood and it is definitely a black strip club. All of the patrons and strippers were black. The main stage has a catwalk and a high stripper pole. The satellite stage has a very flashy backdrop and mirrors everywhere. They were selling almost every brand of cigarette that you can name. The VIP has very high walls and it is literally impossible to see what is going on back there. Most of the dancers were pressuring patrons to go to the VIP for 100$. I was able to get to the VIP section for 60 dollars. Once I was back there, I was offered the chance to upgrade for 40 dollars and receive a special service. It was my first time going to Kitten's Cabaret and I had to see what the service was. Irresistible, my stripper at that time, gave the security guard 20 dollars and he turned off all the lights in VIP. Needless to say, this was by far the best "lapdance" that I've received in a long time. They also had showtime every hour and offered 2 for 1 drinks. It just makes you feel good inside when you see a stage flooded with strippers and you have two beers in hand. This place has instantly become my new favorite in Memphis.
