Black is a boliche that caters to tourists who have the money or expense account to pay the chicas top dollar for debatable service. Black does have many beautiful women whom you can spend an hour or two with in private. However the asking price will be $300 dollars per hour (or more) not counting the bar-fine. There are many other boliches (I prefer Hook) that have more reasonable priced companionship (often with better attitudes). I think everyone should visit Black once, if only to see the sticker-shock and to get a sense of how non-Argentinians are often asked to pay outrageous prices in the boliches.
