First visit to Red Room

This was my first visit to Red Room Cabaret. I have been a long time regular at Club Pussycat next door but I was up for a change at the last minute and decided to try it. Generally, I try to stay at a place for a while to get a sense for the staff and dancers. Despite what I had read, the Bartender was female and very friendly (good point). I had heard of a very loud guy working there but this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately there were only three dancers working (bad point) and they kind of ran the gambit from fairly good looking to really bad (neutral). I ended up spending time with a cute white girl ( the other two were African Americans) who had been at CP at one time and who I knew from there. Generally the Bar area here is not as nice as CP but was clean and well (enough) lit. Bar drinks for me (a beer) were the same price as next door and the drink for the dancer was the same. Drinks for "special services" were somewhat cheaper however (very good point). There was only one other customer when I came in but a couple others came in before I left. I spent some time with the girl I knew and eventually ended up in the VIP room for "special" entertainment. The good news is that at that time of day the Bartender was fairly liberal in enforcing the time limit (30 minutes). The bad news is that the room was very sketchy particularly when compared with the ones at CP. Anyway I had a very good time with her. Not sure that I will return to this place again as the overall experience was from just OK to good (because of the dancer) but seemed as if it could be a dump if the companion weren't as good. The next time I am in the mood I may check out whether she id there before staying long. Otherwise I will return to CP for entertainment.
