I was in Columbus for a conference and was bored one night, so I decided to check out Cahoots. I arrived around 10pm, paid a $10 cover, and found a table a little bit away from the main stage. I ordered a Bud Light ($5.75) and settled in. There were very few people there (maybe 10 other men) and a lot of dancers. I was quickly approached by a nice petite Puerto Rican woman. She wasn't really my type and I told her that I had just got there and wanted to sit for a bit. But she stayed at the table and we chatted occasionally. After about 15-20 minutes she asked if I was ready for a dance. I wasn't that into it, but it was a 2 for 1 special, so I agreed ($30 per dance). She took me back to a comfortable cubicle. I also wasn't particularly into her style of dancing--kind of kinectic with not much touching and awkward transitions into different positions.

Afterwards I moved up to the seats at the main stage to encourage her to move on to another customer. I finally had a bit of time to check out the dancers. Most of them were skinny white women--probably around 5s. Before too long another bored petite woman, Crystal, joined me. She also wasn't really my type, but she was more fun to talk to than the first woman. I talked with her for awhile and then decided to get a dance when another 2 for 1 came along. She turned out to give a much better lap dance. I ended up buying 6 or so dances with her over the course of the rest of the night and the dances involved progressively more contact, but I wasn't certain about the rules so I felt a little awkward.

Overall, it was a nice club and I would go back, but nothing special. Maybe just not my night in terms of who was working.
